At MANGAVERZE, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info.mangaverze@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return.
